View Draft and OpenChange Orders shows change order twice, one with supplier name, one without suppl

We are using the Issue and Change Management functionality, and came across an odd problem. For a change order we added the Supplier Information Impact. We then submitted the change order for approval. Now the change order is approved, the view showing All Draft and Open Change Orders shows the exact same line twice. But one line doesn't show the supplier name, while the second line does show the supplier name.

When I click on the change order line which doesn't show the supplier name, and navigate to the Impact section the Supplier Name does show.

The system number for both lines is identical which to me means there is only a single line in the underlying pa_ci_supplier_details table. I do not have access to the tables.
