Hello,

I have windows 7 64 bit, i try install oracle clinet 12.1.0.2. When i choose runtime i get error " INS-13001 Environment does not meet minimum requirements "

In CLIENT logs are erros

Reference data is not available for release 12.1 on the operating system distribution Windows XP5.1
