Find KFF Segment form doesnt show any values

Iam trying to find values by Keyflexfield option through so that i can add new ones or update the existing ones.But i dont see any values in application name or Title or  structure in the find key flexfield form.The LOV appears as empty where as we already have AFF structure and all the values defined.

General ledger resp-->Setup>Financials->Key-->Values
