Move to Item after selecting value from LOV

Dear All

I have requirement that after selecting any value from LOV cursor or control should be automatically transferred to next field. For example in Order Organizer form (OM) after selecting value from Ship To Location control should be transferred to field ORDER.SHIP_TO_ADDRESS1. How can I do this?
