hi - who in your environment adds or changes redefinitions of columns ? Developer, Programmer, DBA?

Hello,

In your environments who normally adds columns to tables and does TABLE definition adjustments ? DBA, developer / programmer?

For the most part out DBA team dies DB definition, performance, availability, DB tuning and do not typically work at the table level. This always seems to be a 'fuzzy' level.
