Difference between RWD and Siebel Mobile Application

Dear team,

We are planning to upgrade to IP 2015. We also plan to enable the Finance Mobile Application in connected mode.

Need to know the following-

a. How is Connected Mobile Application different from RWD behavior?

b. What are the benefits / features one would get by using the Siebel mobile application as against the RWD?

c. Is there a separate license for Connected Applications? Any plan to have disconnected mobile application for Finance ?
