Oracle Supplier Network Invoice Setup

Hi

We are using the OSN to transmit POs to our trading partners with no issue, now we would like to receive them from our trading partner.  We are using Oracle XML Transport Agent.  I went to the Self Testing tab, Send Outbound, Invoice and am receiving the following error message:

PROCESS_INVOICE_002 RETRY XHUB-261 HTTP POST Exception (Error while posting data : javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

Does anyone have any guidance as to how to correct the above error message?
