How to enable items with Sales Order, Internal Order for BOM Items?

We are using Purchasing, Inventory and Order Management Module. Here we need to use our Items for Sales Order, Internal Orders and also used to create BOM for same Items. For BOM we need to make our items like :

Item A = Laptop Set (BOM Item)

Item B = Laptop (BOM Component)

Item C = Laptop Bag (BOM Component)

Now as per the requirement we have created a item with attributes mentioned in the attached doc.

Where we just used the item as Sales Order and Internal Sales Order and then pick components , then system is not allowing us to enable items for same as sales order
