SQL *Plus Maintenance Guide for Agile 933 implementation

Where can I find information for running specific maintenance operations in SQL Plus for our Agile 933 implementation? I like to be able to reference command lines needed to conduct general administrator functions and cannot find a guide that is specific enough to provide this information.
