Looking to see if anyone has a RTF for Bank of America CAD ACH payments

I am trying to create a custom RTF for Bank of America and am having some issues that i have never experienced before regarding the RTF. IF will work fine for a couple of rows and then it will omit the first field for the rows after P40. It is also not printing the file trailer. I was wondering if anyone else has created one that i could use as a guide for getting my custom RTF to work. I have attached the RTF and the Output to this request for review.
