Advanced Log in 15.1

In any given log where there is advanced log feature is used, there is a bar to shrink and expand the advanced log feature. In previous releases when this advanced log filter is shrinked, log columns will expand automatically to adjust to the available area. In 15.1 it is not functioning the same way. Is this true in case of all the users in 15.1. Please see attached screenshots which details the issue.
