New trap-receivers not showing any statistics on 4250

Hi there does anyone know if there any special command that is needed on a 4250 running SC6.2.0 MR-6 Patch 7 (Build 937), to bring to life a new trap-receiver

I have 4 existing trap receivers, have just added a 5^th one,

 

Generated a trap,

 

When I do “show trap-receiver”, I find the existing receivers have all incremented by 1 trap, but there is no report for the new IP address (aaa.aaa.aaa.aaa) just added.

 

I have “reset trap-receivers”, this only zero’s the existing 4.

 

Any suggestions?
