R12 Accrual Redemptions QP Setup

Hello I am new at Accrual Redemption.

As far as I know 2 scenarios are possible:

1-Coupon Issue:

A Sales Order create a coupon which can be used on the next Sales Order. Please have a look to the following document How to Create a Coupon Issue Modifier

2-Fidelity card:

On the modifier you use "Accrual" so you will be able to give points (free miles, discount......) The redeeming is made from the form QP> Modifier > Accrual Redemption

Will you please share with me any White paper about how to setup Accruals Redemptions
