User Role Not Seeing Some Menu Tasks Even With the Right Authority/Security

I have a few user roles that are not able to see some new tasks added to the menu to which they have access to.  The tasks are showing up for an Administrator role but not these roles even though the application security and menu filtering both grant these roles access to the new tasks/applications.  Any idea why?
