R12 Accrual Redemption Setup

Hello

I was wondering if you can share with me any White paper about how to setup an Accrual Redemption example.

My customer has a fidelity card so each time they buy 100 USD the company assign 10 points = 1 USD, later on the customer is going to buy some products with those points.

Please Advise
