Could not choose Solaris OS when creating Service Request

Hi,

We have encountered certain problems in planning to patch Solaris OS and wish to ask for advice by opening a Service Request.

However when we were creating the SR, we are unable to proceed to next step as we can not choose Solaris OS in the [Product] option.

We are wondering were we in the right place to seek for advice of Solaris?
