Revaluation on the basis of NBV

Hi All,

Client wants to Revaluation the asset on basis of NBV. For example Asset Cost :100,000/=  and  NBV is 90,000 and Market value of asset is 95000. (NBV = 90000). How can calculate percentage to revalue the asset because i know value on the basis of NBV.
