How to user API okc_imp_terms_templates_pub.create_article

Dear All

I need to upload contracts clauses data. SR 3-11516414801 has suggested to use okc_imp_terms_templates_pub.create_article but they did not provide any sample script. How can I get any sample script or how can I use this API?
