SBL-NET-01218 and SBL-SVR-01013 Job status queue

We experienced an issue on the Generate New database Job wherein the status remains at "Queue".

The following has been done to check if the generate new database will have a status =Success but still the Job remains at Queue.

- Changed the Max Tasks from 20 to 100.

- Changed the Universal Time Coordinated from True to False

-Checked the component group = Remote. (Four components are enable only. Clarification: Where can we add the other components e.g. Database Extract?). See attached file the enabled components.

- Tried to run the start task for comp gennewdb with dbffile=sse_utf8.dbf in the srvrmgr
