Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. What are the steps to import mss 6.2.1 database dump after it is uploaded by customer ?

Need some help with MetaSolv 6.2.1

I need the steps to extract the database dump once it is uploaded by customer upon request by an engineer through an SR.
