What are the steps to import mss 6.2.1 database dump after it is uploaded by customer ?

Hi ,

Need some help with MetaSolv 6.2.1

I need the steps to extract the database dump once it is uploaded by customer upon request by an engineer through an SR.

Appreciate any info , thanks !
