Hi, I am looking for this template but have not found it on My Oracle Support or on OTN.

Hello,

I am looking for a template call "Oracle VM Template for Deploying Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c Release 3 (12.1.0.4) on ODA".  I have looked on My Oracle Support and OTN but have not been able to locate this template.  This template is mentioned in a white paper called "Solution-in-a-box: Deploying highly available monitoring infrastructure using Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c and Oracle Database Appliance".  This white paper can be found at NOTE:1463638.1
