cannot allocate new log,Checkpoint not complete

Hi

I run impdp to load 180 GB into a new 12.1.0.2.0 db on linux 6.4 86-64 without archive log file .

on alert log I got many of below messages. I have 3 redo logfile size of 51200K each. according what i read on MOS I shoud add some more redo log groups or encrease the redo file size.

what do you suggest ?
