Minimum quantity during Sales Order Entry

Hello,

We are using tools and applications 9.1.  We have a user request to somehow flag or stop an order from being entered if the quantity ordered is less than a set minimum.

Any existing functionality in P4210?  Maybe something through advance pricing?
