Technician schedules disappearing from Gantt chart in Dispatch Center

We have recently applied patches 20418434 and 19014334 in our system. Since then technicians scheduled tasks are disappearing off the Gantt Chart and Plan Board in Dispatch Center. We cannot figure out why. We tried to run Generate Field Service Trips to replace existing trips and it helps for a short while and all tasks can be sen but then a few days later tasks start to disappear off Dispatch Center. We are on 12.1.3. Any ideas why this may be happening?
