Report title

Can runtime report title be made a variable? Let's say I created a UBE with title "material report". I also want to add company number say 00001 and the date to report title. The company number and date comes from processing option. I am able to get it all in the report however when I view output in csv the company number and date are off. It would be nice if the report title can be made a variable and if we concatenate company number and date to the variable.
