Converting Payroll History for Prior Years

Hi,

My company is implementing JDE E1 Payroll as a net new implementation with a Go-Live on April 2016 and would like to convert payroll history for the prior years, not just 2016. Typically, I have converted only the current year using the process in Doc ID 625901.1 (Converting Payroll History) and wanted to ask the HCM community:

(1) Do you use the same method for converting prior years?

(2) For 2016, do I have to convert monthly totals rather than quarterly totals for ACA purposes?
