RSS Auto Approving of Requisitions when entered by originator not in the Approval Authority

We have identified a number of RSS Requisitions that have been auto approved when the originator is not in the applicable BU Approval Authority.

A quick check has shown that about 20-30% of requisitions entered by some users have been auto approved incorrectly - so is an intermittent problem.


My understanding is that auto approval log is in the E1 NER, and not in the workflow.

Has anyone identified this problem
