fs_clone failed due to txkADOPValidation.pl does not exist

Hello ,
Please am performing an upgrade of Oracle EBS 12.2.0 to 12.2.4 .
But it was failed.
adopscanlog -latest=yes phase=fs_clone

Scanning /ebsuatapps/appmgrtest/fs_ne/EBSapps/log/adop/9/ directory ...
