Create Accounting process

Hi all,

Recently we were upgrade instance from 11i to R12.1.3, While creating accounting after invoice validation we are getting

'Online accounting could not

be created for this transaction. Please inform your system administrator that

the Create Accounting program has encountered an internal error'

Please help me in this issue.
