CCA predictive: can not start schedule predictive issue
HI guys:
I have a FP12 version of the CCA environment, when created a predictive found this predictive project can't normal start automatically .
I has complete the steps in the following procedure to create a new schedule predictive on projects.
1. Create a Prefix Routing Pattern:
type an asterisk (*). Pattern to match all numbers.
2 Create a Prefix Routing Group:
Select the prefix patterns for this Group.
3 Create a Start/Stop Schedule:
The Weekly Scheduled Start/Stop dialog box appears.
Select a Prefix Routing Group, select Use Phone for Matching, and select Group to match all numbers.
From the drop-down lists, select the Days(monday threough sunday ), Daily Hours(From 00hr 00 min To 23hr.59min), and Time Zone(GMT+8 ,The same as the server time zone DB time zone,comany define) for the schedule.
