PM schedul designed to create 1 month WO but It is Create Each two Week One WO why??

dear all

I have One PM Schedul that desgined to create One Month WO

but the system Create two WO each 15 days

I can not found why

PMs Schedul Details

activity                                 Mutli Interval           repate     Teleronc

ABB- JP - 1Month                     1                         yes             5

ABB- JP -6 Month                     6                         yes             5

ABB- JP - 1 Yaerly                    12                        yes            5

Base Interval : 30 days

the 6 month & Yearly is created as expected

only one month is created two time during 30 days

pleas help
