"HTML number of rows displayed" not working for some applet

Hi,

I am facing an issue in which for one of the views the HTML number of records displayed is not working and we can see a blank space after the three records are displayed.

This issue is only coming in one of the view and is working fine otherwise.There are no PR\PM used for this view at any level.

Please suggest a solution for this problem.
