Prior End Balance Forward Invalid Error in web environment

I changed fiscal year and period in application P0010, log out and then log in the system again. But i saw 'prior end balance forward invalid' error when i was trying to enter an entry with application P0411 and P03B2002. But i saw no error in fat environment. Could you please help me?
