Clone 11.2.0.4 into another directory ERROR: Invalid Oracle Home specified. Aborting the clone opera

Hi All,

I am trying to clone an Oracle Home directory into a different name. I have rsynced the Oracle Home from a different server (which has version and patches) but when I try to run the clone I get the error ERROR: Invalid Oracle Home specified. Aborting the clone operation.

Directory I am running this from: /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/clone/bin/

perl clone.pl ORACLE_HOME=/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0_bpel ORACLE_BASE=/u01/app/oracle ORACLE_HOME_NAME=Oracle_home11204_bpel
