What is the oracle supported method to programmatically load bank branch, account, and assignments?

I have a need to upload AP bank branch, bank account, and bank assignments. My research here on Oracle support has lead me to the following documents and posts, along with their last update date.

 

Payables API's For Updating AP Bank Accounts? ( Doc ID 395562.1  ) - Dec 2, 2008

11i: Is There Any Open API to Load Bank Accounts in AP? ( Doc ID 1333086.1  ) - July 29, 2014

 

The above two documents state that there is no delivered API for loading AP BANK information.
