DBA Table Method for GTL Excess Life for Spousal Life?

Does anyone know of a standard JDE DBA Table Method that calculates GTL Excess Life for Spousal Life that's based on the spousal information on the Personal screen (spouse’s date of birth and spousal coverage amount)? 

If not, has anyone created a custom table method for this that they would be willing to share? It would probably need to be a hybrid of the SL and XL table methods I would guess.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
