Migration to ASM

I am planning to migrate 11.2.0.1 databases using regular file system to a single instance ASM environment of 11.2.0.4. Considering the database of size 735G, what is the best approach? EXPDP/IMPDP vs RMAN? SYSAUX tablespaces have grown abnormally in 11.2.0.1 database. Is there a way i can exclude SYSAUX data while migrating to ASM? Please share your thoughts and experiences.
