Questions about JDK for OTM

The install guide for 6.3.7 shows the following:

The following additional software is distributed with OTM:

 Tomcat Java Servlet Server 7.0.47

 64-bit JRockit JDK 1.6.0_65 (R28.2.9)

1. From what I can gather, I need to install the jrockit JDK(JDK is required to install Weblogic), but I do not see it on edelivery when I choose OTM.  Nor do I see it if I search for jrockit directly on edelivery. If I search for it on Oracle, I get redirected to Sun JDK. Do I need to download jrocket 1.6.0_XX, and if so, from where?

2. From what I can tell from the certification matrix, the latest supported version is listed as 1.6.0_95. Does OTM not support Sun JDK 1.7 or 1.8? These are the standard JDKs for our other Oracle applications.
