How can I see which objects were involved in the net change from 9.0.2 to 9.2?

I can go to the technical catalog and do a new change form 9.0.2 to 9.2 but no objects are marked as having changed in 9.2 only 9.1 or 9.1 update 2.  If I do a net change from 9.1 update 2 to 9.2 no objects are shown.  This information would be helpful for planning out upgrade.  Thanks for the help.
