Siebel Email Response not working - first setup

hi people.

we are trying to configure siebel eMail Response for our instance Siebel 8.0.0.12

we setup the communication profile under the driver Internet SMTP/POP3. The connect information in the profile was checked using outlook and is OK

we set up the response group, using this new profile, and using Vanilla workflow eMail Response - Process Message

we apply changes in response group and the communication profile.

we check the F9 funcionallity sends email OK

but, siebel not pulling email from monitored mailbox, we check the Communication Inbound receiver, and Communication Inbound Processor and there's not error

we set the parameter LogDebug in the comunication profile to TRUE, but no log is created, we follow the steps to this doc id
