Getting an authentication related error while logging into the IP2015 Web Client

My Tnsnames and ODBC are all test connected and same string is used in the CFG file.

Getting error "The User Id aor password that you entered in incorrect. Please check the spelling and try again" while trying to log into the IP2015 Web Client:

Not sure what is it with the sscdo90.dll file (as per the message below). The dll file is there in the bin folder.

Thisi s what is there in the siebel.log file
