Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can we add a new segment to existing chart of accounts structure which will be supported by Oracle?

I know there are couple of ways to do it. But, I wanted to know, whether Oracle supports any of the way.
