About fixing CVE-2012-1675 on version 11.2.0.1.0

Hi, we have countered an security alert CVE-2012-1675 in our Oracle DB 11.2.0.1.0 on solaris 9 SPARC 64bit, and we're seeking for advise on applying patch to adress the issue or not, some considerations:


1. No patch addressing the issue is found so far

  1.1 Affected products and versions for CVE-2012-1675 do not include version 11.2.0.1.0

  1.2 No patch addressing Bug Number 12880299 for our version is found from patch search

  1.3 The only patch for our version (Patch 12419378) does not resolve Bug 12880299

2. We don't have proven DB backup and recovery, so we are uncertained the reliability of deinstallation instruction.
