Name format used in workflow notifications R12

Hi all,

Does anyone knows how to change the name format used in workflow from "Last_Name, First_Name" to "Last_Name First_Name" (removing the comma in-between) ?

I have tried creating name masks and the expected name format is already shown in the table PER_ROLE_ROLES_V. The DISPLAY_NAME in WF_LOCAL_ROLES just does not update, no matter how much times I tried to run "Synchronize WF LOCAL tables".

Appreciate if anyone could help. Thanks.
