Error while applying patch 21449070 COSTING CONSOLIDATION OF RECOMMENDED PATCHES - JULY2015

Hi,

I am applying Oracle recommended patches, while applying patch 21449070 we got couple of errors.

Error1

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au resource QOTCMACT.pll

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms library files.

Continue as if it were successful [No] : Yes

For the Error1 we compiled the QOTCMACT.pll manually and it compiled successfully.:-

frmcmp_batch module=QOTCMACT.pll userid=apps/pwd module_type=LIBRARY compile_all=YES

Since it compiled manully I think in Error1 no action is required.

Error2

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:
