Reprocess Approval option in Price Change/Clearance in RPM

Hello All,

Can anyone please give an insight about the functionality of "Reprocess Approval" button in RPM for Price Change/Clearance UI.

Under what condition, this button should be enabled and functioning? What;s the business need and downstream impact of this option? We tried with Submit/worksheet/approve/reject all the cases ...but its not getting enabled. Need your advice on this.
