Employee Shifts in JD Edwards enterprise one

Dears,

Kindly, can anyone help me in how to setup employee shifts in JD Edwards enterprise one as i have 2 types of shifts ( 8 and 12 hours) so i may may 3 or 2 shifts per day, and how to assign one of those shifts to the employee so ?
