UTL_HTTP Connection from PLSQL to SOA WSDL is failing with error

Hi Experts

We are trying to make a connection with SOA WSDL from PLSQL and getting below error for "Certificate validation failure" in our production instance after the migration of new object.

This works fine in DEV, TST and QA instances.

ACL Network list is already created and certificate is installed in Oracle Wallet Manager which is configured in autologin mode.

Request to please guide us what could be the issue here and help us solve it.
