Unable to Create Contract With Expiry Date less than Sysdate (Doc ID 1930398.1)

I dont entirely agree with this note -

If a contract expiration date is in the past - but in the current financial year - the system should be able to take it still without errors-

If the contract was approved before - it was never approved in the oracle contracts system - so allow the application to receive and store the document and let it be approved in the system

If we want to load this contract and renew it in the oracle system - this should be possible

Approval should be allowed in Oracle system inspite of the past expiration date -
