RPM Price Event Rule/Constraint/Conflict setup

Hello Team,

I need one help/information.

Whenever we do a price change in RPM (Considering permanent Markdown), Even we can set the Retail Selling Price less than the item cost. Is there any way we can restrict any price events (PC/PR/CL) that causes a retail price lower than its cost ? I am considering manual price event...not Pricing Strategies...

Is there any out of the box option/work around there to validate (except Price Inquiry), we can validate the Cost-Retail and set any conflict/constraints ?
